I tried to get some of his belt, but I actually think he's wearing the same belt as Dante...which is strange... o_O I'm not sure...Sorry, I ramble.

They aren't brothers, Nero is just...Well, I'm not completely sure what Nero's full story is. haha xD

No to the belt, now that I think about it.
And I would actually like it if the way his hand looks was going down and under from his chest; like the white core glow in his chest center, and then the cuts down and up into the rib cage area, with a red stomach and the blue for the back, like Nero's design is. That would look so cool *o*
