less fingers on right hand, and eyes have no reflection(maybe it mean to be like this) if it elf so the ears got to be more up direction. clothing good ,you are professional, i think reflection in eyes give it more cutness

I like the eyes all Black makes them more penetrating and intense.. like if she can see you soul or something.
About the fingers, on the original sketch, there were 5 fingers, I just didn't bother during the cleanup. But the shadow makes it look weird tho

Hi! I see that you've requested critique on this piece, and I'm here to give you one
This is a really nice sketch and character design 
I'm not an expert in anatomy, but I feel that something looks a bit off with the mage's hands; it looks like the right hand is missing the pointer finger, and without either thumb being wrapped around the staff, her grip on the staff looks insecure. It's not a major distraction, however, and overall I think that you've done a nice job with this piece!

Well, on the original sketch, there were 5 fingers, I just didn't bother drawing them during the cleanup.
But when I painted the shadow made it stand out, which was not supposed to. xD
