Redesigned his wings a bit because I couldn't find a way to blend the colors together. Lol

" Once an ordinary lunar moth, who was blessed from the moon because of it's beauty, Lunar came to this realm to escape the war that was going on in his, and ever since then ,he had gained a reputation in the human society, earning himself the names "Dream Catcher", and "The Moon Man". 🌕

Lunar is a lepidoptoran, who came to this world to escape the war that was going on between the sun goddess and the moon god. During that time, Lunar served the moon god by providing blissful sleep to the troops fighting in the war, allowing them to have all the confidence, strength, and energy they needed when they awoken.

Now, Lunar uses his power to provide rest to the people of the world that he is in now, which is also essential to his survival because it is the only way he can feed, as he does not have a mouth. He feeds on the nightmares of others, which is how he earned himself the name "Dream Catcher".
Nightmares are absorbed and then replaced with good dreams, to which the sleeper doesn't have to worry about another nightmare for about 2 or 3 days.

Personality -
Lunar is quiet and is thought to be mysterious because he is mostly seen at night by any who are lucky enough to catch a glimpse of him.
But, he is quite expressive and you can almost always tell what he is thinking by the look on his face. He likes peace, and hates being disturbed by any inconveniences. When something doesn't interest him, he'll probably just look bored and focus his attention on something else.

ABILITIES:

1.Specter: Lunar can phase of through objects, allowing him to get into people's houses to absorb their nightmares.

2. Telepathy: This is how Lunar is able to communicate, making him excellent at being secretive.

3. Telekinesis

4. Lunar Vision: Lunar is able to see, even in the darkest of places that don't have any light whatsoever.

5. Dream Scape: Lunar can enter or even manipulate someone's dreams

FUN FACTS:

1. The appearance of his wings depends on the phase of the moon. They're most opaque during a full moon and most transparent during a crescent moon.

2. On nights where there would be a new moon, you'll never see Lunar as he sleeps all day then.

3. Lunar owns a statue titled " The Crescent Man" that is surrounded by sweet gum, paperbirch, and black walnut trees. Moon flowers are planted arounded to serve as a tribute to the moon god of his realm.

4. At the statue, there is a book that people can sign their names for when they can't get any rest. Lunar checks this book frequently , and will show up to the house of the signer while they are asleep to collect their nightmares.
