I keep staring at his eyes... Wow! His eyes are large! Hey! You did make his eyes look like the one he has as a core! Why is there a pink dot on his tie? Is it a necktie?

YEs I very much accentuated the eyes in this image, since they're pretty much the main focus. All of my Portal humans have eyes the same as their original optics, but often I forsake actually drawing that in because it would make the expression cluttered. 
The necktie is actually supposed to be something similar to a cravat/Ascot tie
