This is a contest entry for 's contest about the Elements of Harmony.
I am so so proud of this, even if it does have mistakes and most of the background is white!
I know I failed the background. . . Also this is the first time I'm using a scanner and I don't know if it turned out alright.
I think I'm starting to improve drawing ponies, I'm so happy!

I have to say; I really like your way of drawing ponies, with the slightly more chibi style. Great work with this!
How do you find this looks compared to the real thing? Did the scanner change anything? I find it washes the colours out a bit.

Thank you, I didn't even know it looked chibi, but I knew they were very different in size compared to the show
The real thing does look better - I think the scanner did change it, I also think it's too bright

It is only a little chibi, slightly larger heads and thicker, shorter legs. I couldn't think of another way to describe it.
Yeah, RDs' colours are certainly more vibrant in the photo but the whites are no longer white. I suppose it's a case of choosing which method looks better for the piece at the time.
