The verb "Tasukeru" means "to save"
in the imperavive voice is "Tasukete!" which means "Save me!" or "Save him/her!" it depends on the way the speaker wants to say it.
In past tense it is "Tasukatta!" which means "saved" but sometimes in the animes they use it to say "We're saved!" or "I'm saved!" or "That was close!" when the speaker/speakers has/have been saved from a dangerous situation

Well..."gozaimasu" is a way to end the phrase "Arigatou" politely.
"Domo" is often mistaken for meaning "very much" but in reality it means "thank you". It is for emphasis when you say "arigatou" that's why when someone is sarcastic or good friend with someone sometimes he/she says just "domo" which still means "thanks"

Ah lucky girl! I want to go too one day! Oh I deffinitely reccomend it to you. I loved it when I took lessons! Unfortunately this year I am stuck just with school!
