The "Master" is perhaps the coolest villain in the Fallout universe. In addition to his terrible appearance, he actually has an understandable motivation: he wants to make everyone equal so that nuclear war does not happen again (if humanity survives and returns the world to its original state), I really feel sorry for him when it turns out that his plan is a failure because people become infertile after transformation.
