Finally a reference sheet for Apache ^_^ Partly as a referece for me and partly for trades etc. Sorry if you can't read my handwritting to well, I suck when it comes to writting on the computer >_<His blanket markings should be the same everytime they are drawn, I actually had to reference them from the last picture I drew of him and his left and right side are different. Erm although he has the spots under his eyes the blue ring only appears on his right eye.
I hope you like it, I swear by the next couple of deviations your going to be sick of him
I had great fun drawing him though, its nice once in a while drawing your own characters

Hehe that always happens with me too, people put up reference sheets and I get an overwhelming urge to draw them 
Aww thanks, I actually did something slightly different then usual for the shading so I am glad you like it ^_^ Haha well I only draw horses 'cos I suck and canines, I have always wanted to draw them like you but they always turn out strange looking @_@

I know, he didn't take long though I made random turns here and there for his blanket and stuck on spots where I felt like it ^_^ turned out ok in the end though he can be a pain to draw at times!

Its beautiful! However, how can a horse be 16.5 hands, when a hand consists of only 4 inches? He'd then be 17.1 hh, or 17 if you wanted to round down...
I'm not picking or griping, but I thought I'd point that out.

Whoops, clearly I wasn't thinking when I did that. *goes to check sheet* well I actually have him down as 16hh so I duno where the .5 came from. Thanks for pointing it out, I will have to go amend it when I can. ^_^

I do! I have a registered Paint gelding, you can see some pictures of him on my other account, darkxxhorse. He's a doll, and my baby. Do you have your own horses? And I find this ironic too, (in a good way) but I used to own an Arabian/Appaloosa gelding named Apache that looks exactly like your character.
