this little girl in china i think gets a bunch of balloons because her parents won't let her go to kapuskasing and flies away.

This is so impressive. *_* And it's digital art? It really looks like water color. I really, really adore this piece. I like how it fades from ordinary at the bottom to magical at the top. The heart was a nice touch.
