Description
So I redid my (Heather) OC's Insane side.Powers:
-Can take peoples shadows and manipulate them.
-Her shadows can take any shape and be whatever she wants them to be (kinda like green lantern, but without the ring)
-She can become a shadow herself
-Levitation
Mhm. It's a thing now. It's kinda obvious that I based it off my other account's username (TheShadowRaven), but hey, I can do what I want

The groundhog sees his shadow if I want him to see his shadow. It depends on weather I want more Winter, or if I want Spring to come early. The groundhog is just a pawn.
