The second addition to the lineup of the Nexu Nine, created using the intuitive template from SmacksArt , I present the group's resident hacker and slicer, Lieutenant Ferris. Ferris' design draws mostly from the portrayal of ARC Troopers from TCW, with no direct connection to the 2003 miniseries' designs so as to distinguish he and the other members who aren't Alphas. I made this design choice in order to distinguish the older members from the "replacements" and show a progression in the design lineage of the armor itself.

Ferris' story started out with similarities to that of Echo and Fives, a standard trooper who was able to help his squad overcome obstacle and challenges to graduate in the absence of one of their members who had died, and was due to be assigned to the 501st Legion had the Battle of Kamino not happened. He played a vital role in the defense of one of the platforms, using his innate hacking talent that had once been seen as a birth defect to cut off and funnel battle droids into ambush points to keep them away from the cloning chambers. As he was the only member of his squad to survive, and with his creativity on full display, Ferris was hand-picked by Captain Firefox for his new team of ARC Troopers after receiving ARC training. He remained with the group until Order 66, when the two Alphas refused to obey Palpatine and regarded it as a Separatist trick, but the behavior chips in the rest of the group caused them to turn on their Jedi knight and the two Alphas, who managed to subdue or kill the other eight members and disable their ship. Ferris was among the ones they managed to save and his chip was removed. He later applied his hacking genius by founding a syndicate of hackers and informants who amassed a fortune stealing and selling classified intelligence from the Empire, adopting the nickname of Wraith. He aided the Alliance during the Galactic Civil War and oversaw the retrofit of their Arquitens class light cruiser, the Interceptor, installing a complex holoterminal suite as well as an artificial intelligence. At some point, his daughter took over the syndicate and built upon the foundation he laid down.
