Lake Pocotopaug - East Hampton, CT.Digital Photography - October 2006
As Autumn has always been my favorite season here in New England, with its bright colors and crisp fresh air, I wanted to try and share it with all of you. Below you will find a quote that i hope you enjoy.
"A few days ago I walked along the edge of the lake and was treated to the crunch and rustle of leaves with each step I made. The acoustics of this season are different and all sounds, no matter how hushed, are as crisp as autumn air."

Wow, what a leading line to the island of trees. Superb job of creating something that visually draws the viewers eyes straight to the main focus of the photograph.

What a beautifully taken image, it is so crisp and clear. I love the look of the water and how it blends into the sky, almost looks like the island is floating on a sea of mist. A simply perfect shot, the only thing I am not fond of is the kayaks in the foreground. Other than that though, it is simply stunning.

Hi, This looked great to me in the thumbnail. But when full size it feels over manipulated. How manipulated is the reflection and the water horizon if at all?
