Does she have a birth name or did her parents just hate her? The green in her hair is super jarring and her eyes are a horrid color. You could make it more realistic if you were to make her an albino. She wouldn't really be "seductive" though as pasty blind girls aren't that sexy.
You could also make her eyes dark green and it would complement the pink. And, you know, take a page from Harley Quinn and make the green just dye at the ends of the pigtails.
