It is from Right to Left. I grew up with manga such as Doraemon, so when I first read an American comic it was very confusing.
Also, did you know that American comic strips are usually three panels and read from left to right? In Japan, it is traditionally four panels read from top to bottom.

No, he is not her biological uncle. All of the Elemental Ultras are not related. However, since Falki is a close friend of Nami and Loki (Holly's two parents) she likes to call him her uncle.

I don't know exact ages. Loki, Falki, Nami, and Keroki are around 30 to 60 million years old. Holly is about 5,000. Evis is older than her, maybe 10,000 or so? Belial's age and Nexus's age can be found on the wiki. Curious's age is a mystery, but he seems to be a being where age is meaningless.
Sybil2EX never gave me her age, but was born some time in the 1800s, I believe.
Keita is about 22.

Ah, they are not immortal. They do not die of old age, and Holly at age 5,000 is considered a child, but they can still be killed. It just takes a lot (especially for Loki, as he is healed constantly by Terror Zetton's dark energy).

Well, the wiki says that Ultraman is about 20,000 years old, so that is probably considered to be the late 30s.

Well, I shouldn't give too much away, since it is supposed to be mysterious. But, I will say that this particular universe is separate from all other Ultraman realities, and it was created by a being named Ultraman Terra. Terra, using the Genesis Spark, created this universe in his image, choosing his personal favorite mythologies to become a reality in it. This is why Sun Wukong is real in this world, along with Ultraman. However, the absolute power of the Genesis Spark can instantly corrupt whoever wields it, and so Terra split himself into two, turning his dark half into a being called Terror Zetton. The two started an eternal war, using Earth as a battleground. However, their fight was eventually discovered by Loki, Falki, Nami, and Keroki. Terra split his light into four elements, and gave them to the Ultramen, and the four of them managed to overpower Terror Zetton.
That is the basis of the story, but there is way too many things to cover, and some of them can't be revealed yet. @_@
