Page 36: Sybil is wary of this stranger, while King recognizes him as the fox that he spotted a year prior. The fox explains that he is aware that they have no reason to trust him, but they have to. King stares deeply at the fox, almost as if into the fox's soul, before smiling at telling Sybil to trust him.

I honestly didn't checked your entire story with your comics, but I just cannot imagine the time you spent to do all this....
It looks formidable, the characters variable facial expressions are one of my favorite detail, and is it a scenario in Dragon ball maybe? Or did you imagined it?
I also heard about something called "The Monkey king's legend" or something similar, which is... As you probably know the universe Dragon ball was inspired by

There is an ancient Chinese tale, Journey to the West. Sun Wukong (Son Goku in Japanese) has inspired many characters over the years.
This scene in particular was inspired by Kamen Rider, though.
