Description
This is Utopia's new True Form! He is a holy Ultraman who is in the same style as Gaoh! I tried to design him in a way to make him look like he is from the same story as Gaoh, you see.He is also the exact opposite of Gaoh, as a completely bright and angelic figure. However, he does seem to be friends with a demon, who constantly teases him. I guess because the demon never kills people, he therefore never fights her.
