Rumors circulate around just before the Great Turf War, the once-allied octolings began to show symptoms of defensive hostility; behaving that one race must remain pure to survive the ocean waters surrounding the remaining landscapes.

It was confirmed that all life went extinct in the recent cleanse of the core universe, even the remains of Time Lords and Daleks in the Last Great Time War time-locked away in the 21st century.

But is it with coincidence that such behavior from the octolings that relate themselves to the feared appearance and destruction caused by the Daleks? Surely not, even their outer shells were unable to survive the second snap that wiped out every being in the core.

Unless, it could not be.

There was a second one.

Here. On Earth. That somehow survived.

Determined to conquer the universe once more, nothing standing in their way this time.

Constructing a civil war in post-human Earth, before that time comes to dispose of the used assets and retake their rightful place as the supreme power of the universe once more.
