Oh no, you’re not ruining anything by making her insane. Actually, MasterPerryMartin has created a trend of violently insane Splatoon characters called Warmongers. He had to scrap his concept for War Winter, but I think he’d be happy to see someone else do it. I’d ask him about it first so he can help you turn Winter into a Warmonger correctly, though.
