Description
Bulbasaur is 001 in the pokedex and is a seed pokemon.I never picked him as my starter pokemon. I played red... Not fire red, but just red.

But I was always more partial to Charmander, but that's a story for another time.
Bulbasaur grew on me because of the cartoon, and I actually liked him on there.
But as with all Ash's Pokemon (it seemed) like if they evolved he would abandon them. XD Well, not so much abandon he'd just tell them to stay and help out whatever was going on in that story... His bird stayed with a flock. Charizard stayed to get stronger at a castle. Squirtle... I don't remember...
Which is why I started resenting Pikachu. XD Although, in one episode with a Raichu Ash offers to evolve Pikachu and he refuses... I was thinking and laughing to myself, that Pikachu knew if he became a Raichu he would be abandoned.
(Please excuse any mis-spelled words...)

I actually never trained up a Bulbasaur. I might have to dig out my old gameboy and give him a try since I keep hearing how good he is.

Nice start. Bulbasaur was my first Pokemon in Red. As for the series Ash didn't really abandon his Pokemon. He was unselfish and thought of what would be best for the Pokemon. As for Squirtle, he rejoined his gang to become a fire fighting brigade. But he remained loyal to Ash by being brought over by an Officer Jenny when he's needed.

Oh, I know he didn't do it out of malice, but it always seemed like if a Pokemon evolved he sent it away. Which is why when Pikachu refused it made me laugh. (Also, the episodes were all better in Japanese. XD Which is how I watched a lot of them.)

Probably because the voice actors in Japan play the roles with a lot more feeling. So when you read the subtitles, you can almost hear the dialogue in English.
As for Ash, He thinks about what would be better for the Pokemon, which explain when let Butterfree go to have a family, let Charizard be stronger in the Charizard Valley, and Left Bulbasaur at Prof. Oak's lab to serve as an ambassador for the Pokemon that are also staying at the lab. And Pidgeot was left to protect a flock of other Pidgeys and Pidgeottos. But he still has some evolved forms staying at the lab.

I never get any of my broadcasts or videos with subtitles if I can help it. XD I've been able to speak, read, and write Japanese since I was 5. A lot of the time I've found the subtitles to be very wrong almost like the person making the subtitles was just watching the show and making their own story.
I know he never meant for any of them to leave him because in the show and comic they had to make room for introducing more Pokemon and the best way to do it is to remove some of the ones he's got either by putting them in storage or sending them off somewhere. (I've set a lot of my Pokemon in the game free because I wasn't near a town and didn't have free space. XD ) I mean a rare one only comes along so often and who can resist a rare Missingno.

Perhaps you can help me translate on a few things that are writtenin japanese.
I know because everyone has at one time let a Pokemon go. Misty, Brock, May, Dawn and even Team Rocket. But you are right on the point in which you need room for new ones. As far as I'm concern Missingno was a glitch that can totally mess up your game so I avoid that.

I could give it a try depending on the locale. But most things are written in simplified Chinese so it shouldn't be too hard. Let me know.
*laughs* My brother ran in to the Missingno completely by accident, and it destroyed his game. I read later how you could find it, and found out that it was taken out of later made cartridges.

All right. Will let you know when the time comes.
Getting that glitch out certainly had people going nuts. not as bad as those fake instructions that people give online on how to catch a Mew.

Now that you mention it ... I think I hated this little bastard...
But he looks fantastic. Nice work, very nice work ... Now if you, or anyone for that matter, were to ask me what was my favorite? I'd probably flat out say 'Jolteon' because sober never gives real answers... But if I was drunk, and in the mood for telling the truth, I'd say any pokeball that wasn't a Pokeball, because that shit was never in the show, and the show was outrageous ...
Squirt.

I'd think they would stink since there's an animal in them all the time.

Yeah maybe >.> I've no idea. Like I said, any pokeballs that aren't pokeballs... Why? Because those are easier to identify... They also do the work a Pokeball can't. Which means there'd be plenty of time to get home and find out what your mom's doing with Professor Oak, who's always there ... and never in his lab... Working.

He can. I didn't make them, but tentacles would take about 2 minutes to make if they were needed. (ERC bone chains are really simple. XD)

*laughing* Hmmm... I never thought of using the nearme. I thought maybe the animedoll would be more suited. I bought her a long time ago and never used her or him for anything aside from one or two renders.
