I will put her up for download after I fix a couple of problems. If anyone is good with bones and feel like lending me a quick hand, that would be awesome.Pack includes:

Blue, Grey, White, and Yellow Solid color ear Alices

I would make a comic of Alice shrinking using MMD while changing the size of the clothes. To show that she's shrinking, I'll put a standard table with the "Drink Me" potion next to her. It will be cute!

You can see in my new Need Help picture, her a part of her jacket is acting strange. I wanted to see if it was like the error last time, however, even after changing over to the next day and trying with motion and such, the error persisted through the motion data.

I never added bones before and I think she needs a couple of LK bones. When you move her, her hair and skirt bones point back in the direction of the center of the axis like this: [link]

Oh, well that's not really a problem. I've seen that before, it's just a glitch. She doesn't need IK bones at all.

Well, there's no need to fix it since it's not a problem in the first place. It won't ever affect the model. The glitch is when you delete some bones, sometimes other bone tips will attach to the center bone, or the closest bone to it, I'm not sure why.

I need help with her physics on her skirt. Her skirt goes crazy. I been looking at tutorial after tutorial and it doesn't make much sense when I look at her skirt.
