This is so amazingly bizarre and grotesque to look at! If i had just travelled in from another planet, i'd believe that this was an actual animal. You have excellent attention to detail in the mixing areas. The only "flaw" is the right-most edge of the rooster head. It's a bit too sharp, thus making it known that it was applied. But that is definitely a small flaw. I can't find anything else to critisize. Extremely well done!

if you mean the bit just above his beak, i can see what you mean - i probably spent so long making the edges of the shadow (on the ground) 'fluffy', that i forgot the edges of the actual animal itself

I try to do constructive criticism whenever i have something useful to add. Too many people just say "that's cool" or "wow" or something similar. Not that i have anything against that, but it's hard to evolve if people never express their opinions both positive and negative.
