Honestly, of all the cartoons I´ve seen tackle the idea of anger management so far, this episode is the only one that seems to get it.
In most, of not all, other cases where I see characters struggle with their temper, the solution is to teach them how not to get angry. That´s not anger management, that´s anger suppression.
I had to deal with anger issues for about 10 years, and "Just don´t get angry" is as good a tip as telling an insomniac to just go to sleep. Noone´s doesn´t get angry, but some people need help figuring out how not to get violent.
