hey,
pretty nice picture. you've captured here two different forms of water, frozen and liquid, nice combination, the framing is also very nice, no space left to the right an left hand, that makes some kind of a natural framing.
I also like that you didn't take this with and ND filter making the water looking like a "ghost" steamn, it's refreshing to see it this way.
I would cut of the foreground but that's just my opinion. this is a very nice picture.
