Description
This is Compass Man Woman. My submission for the awesome 's awesome Mega Woman Gender Swap Challenge Collab .Special thanks to for the heads up. Almost missed another awesome Megaman DA event. Barely made it though. Didn't have a lot of choices left when I joined. XD I guess I'm just glad that if there were any obscure Robot Masters left, it was Compass Man. Always did want to draw him since I saw him first.
Anyway, couldn't find any official colored reference for this guy/gal. So I just took the colors from that Powered Up version pic I found around the net. I thought green looked cute on her anyway. XP I just decided to do a bit of Splash Woman on her helmet design (if it's even noticeable). Added those compass feather thingies on the far side to add more detail/decorations on her head because it was too plain. Other than that, didn't change much worth mentioning. *shame* But other than the redesign, I kinda like how this turned out. Pretty generic pose, but I think it looks dynamic enough without covering too much of her.

Lol. XD Well I have a few more possible interpretations for the title. Some of which, not very PC, so I'll just stay quiet. But yeah, the whole "Miss" thing seems to be the most obvious. XD
Anyway, thanks man! With your style, I'm sure you could easily downgrade to a more simpler Rockman style. Or maybe a fusion of both?

I didn't know you were part of this collab! Β What a pleasant surprise! Β Doubly-so, since we both did somewhat more obscure Robot Masters! (I did Waveman from the MS-DOS games.)
She looks excellent! Β Though I should mention, Compas(s)man actually has a segmented body, like Swordman. Β She does look like she could split in two though, at the waist there, so I'm probably mentioning things for no reason... Β XD

Anyway... yeah, I did see some pics of Compass split in half. Actually, I almost forgot about that. I removed the belt because I didn't like it. Had to put those "segments" when I remembered about that splitting thing at the last minute. XD

Thank you! It's actually much darker, but I brightened it up. Was afraid the contrast wasn't good enough. So I'm glad to know what you think about the shading.

Anyway, I love how you added a touch of "Splash" to her helmet via the Compass needles. Liking her pencil pointed forward, it's as if we have to fear it. If Mega man would have gotten a weapon from the original boss (which he and Bass sadly didn't) I'd bet it would be the powerful Pencil Poker.

Got a hunch but seeing that Compass man was Rockman Shadow's close friend, I'd wager he's both a RM and a Fortress boss. That or Megaman and Bass, after beating the RM, thought that getting a pencil for a weapon was laughable at best and skipped on ahead to Rock Shadow.
