Ruby from RWBY. Suggestion byThanks for the suggestion! I actually have to thank you for this. I got better at using my program and I got to use one of my favorite tools, the gradient tool. I made Ruby's hair and silver eyes look amazing with the gradient tool and the selection pen tool.
I also added text and Ruby's emblem in the corner. Hope you guys enjoy and please fav and comment! And please comment any suggestions because I might just draw your suggestion next!
