I had an old design of him a bit back in my deviations (In a page of a story I never continued drawing and making lmao) but it looked so outdated and ugly, so I decided to work a little on Fallen's redesign and even give him proper lore and story c:

Don't get fooled by those pretty colors, because Fallen's original dark colors are as dark as a black hole's. This monster has an ability that allows him to absorb others' powers, and if light powers, he glows brighter and becomes stronger. Fallen used to be a light dragon, like his sister Prosmia, but after unfortunate events, he turned evil, and let the dark energy consume him, changing not only his body, but his colors, even taking control of his mind. The purple glow on his body is nothing more than the corruption that transformed him, like parasites. This creepy "zombie" dragon can summon shadow minions/puppets, and they can be anything, even one's relatives or lost loved ones. He uses those as baits, and once said person is close, those puppets transform into the creepiest things one could imagine. People call him the Galaxy Destroyer, as whenever he targets a galaxy, he transforms it into nothing but dark fog...

Story
Fallen is Prosmia's clutch brother, and despite his look, he used to look just like his sister, in exception to the different horns, mane and back spines. He was born as quadrupedal, and his two missing front legs are to be explained later. Fallen was believed to be the successor to his father's place as the next Galaxy creator amongst Light Dragons. He trained hard and everyday to look and be strong enough for the task, but at the time of his training, he never realized that his sister, Prosmia, has discovered the power of pure light, even stronger than his own. Pure light is known to bring life to new species of animals, plants or any kind of ecosystem the wielder of the power desires. Fallen thought that he'd be the one to unlock this ability first, but Prosmia's wiseness along with her well-care for others and her ability to create small objects in matter of seconds made her father, along with other elders of the clan, decide that she would be the successor instead of Fallen.
Upon learning this, Fallen grew more and more jealous of his sister, even going to snap at her in anger whenever she talked to him. This jealousy turned into hate, a deep, dark hate that Fallen couldn't get rid of no matter what he tried. And it is this hate that brought him to do the worst decision in his life.
The more hatred he gained, the more darkness filled his heart, and at some point, in a fit of rage during his training, he blasted dark fire instead of light fire. Fallen was surprised, but happy to have discovered something new, and he returned home, hoping his father would love the new element and chose him instead as the new Galaxy creator, but... all Fallen got was anger and shouts from his father. Shadow powers were strictly forbidden to be learned as a light dragon, and those who discover it are sentenced to Eternal banishment. And so, Fallen was banished out in space, where he could never come back. This only resulted in Fallen's complete breakdown, and sweared he'd come back for revenge, especially towards Prosmia.
And why is it forbidden? Well, dark energy is a very unstable element in light dragons, as it messes with their personalities, well-being and even appearance. Dark energy is also extremely powerful, to the point of even surpassing Pure light, seeing absorbing it. This darkness can only be stopped using an ancient spell named "Sao Litla", which only owners of light royalty, such as Origin, can use. Prosmia could have used it, but she had not the time to do so as she was killed very quickly. Although Fallen was not fully corrupted at the time and still appeared normal, it was only a matter of time until the darkness fully covered his heart. Hatred only feeds this darkness, and banishment was the last straw for Fallen.
As years, seeing centuries passed, Fallen grew stronger, and his appearance changed to that of a dark purple, black Wyvern, with purple corruption surrounding his body sides and horns. His eyes showing nothing but a sheer cold purple. He used his powers at will and destroyed many galaxies along many billion people along the way. He was then known as the Galaxy Destroyer, and was feared by all. When Prosmia learned of him, she couldn't believe it. Her brother turned into nothing but a merciless killer, but she sweared, she'd stop him once and for all if he ever dared arriving at her Galaxy. But little did she know, his powers were far more powerful than her's.
When Origin was sent to his new homeworld, Prosmia was then on fighting her own brother, now he had become someone completely new, she didn't even recognized him... the fight was intense, and Prosmia managed to hurt him quite a lot, burning his snout, left wing and tail, hence his current appearance, but it wasn't enough to stop this mighty beast. As he pinned down Prosmia, he absorbed almost all of the light she had, and finished her off even before she could say her last word. This then resulted in Fallen filling the Galaxy in eternal darkness, making it invisible to any naked eyes or telescopes. Fallen still sensed Prosmia's presence, but differently... Origin, yes, that's the target he will now seek and kill next, no matter how many years it takes to find him, he'll destroy him alongside the world he resides in!
Due to his dark powers, Fallen can summon shadow puppets that strangely look like undeads. He can make perfect replicas of animals and people to fool people into thinking it's them, only to then start the nightmare and suddenly giving them the creepiest look one could imagine. Luckily enough, these puppets are very weak and are only smoke or thick fog, so anything windy or can cut through them is useful enough to get rid of them... as long you're not stunned by how creepy the puppets look...
His wings and back spines have sharp edged spikes allowing him to pierce through material with ease, and with his size, even metal walls are nothing. His axe tail though, it is as sharp as diamond and if you get hit by it, it is almost a guaranteed death.
Once Fallen gets defeated, all of the darkness will disappear, freeing the supposed "destroyed" worlds from the darkness, making them appear in the night sky! The light he once absorbed will also be freed, but anyone or anything that got killed will not be brought back.
