The funny thing is, the Hetalia Disco Pogo gifs made me almost like that song. When I first heard it, I thought it was just stupid. But after watching a whole lotta YouTube videos using those gifs I started to think, well, the song's basically just about people insanely dancing around, so why not have a bit of fun? (I still think the lyrics could be a bit more sophisticated, but so what?! xD )
