I love this couple so much! Because they're the type that opposites do attract. Sideswipe being the bad boy, a troublemaking rebel, street punk and Strongarm being the good girl, a "By the book" police cadet. When they first met, they did not get along with each other, they often bicker and fight each other, when time goes by they got to know each other, work together, and look after each other.

It is unclear if they have feelings for each other in the canon, but they always watch each others' backs and respect each other.
