Nope. All first gen characters who have a set appearance (A.K.A. MEIKO and KAITO) were given that appearance by Yamaha. Vocaloid 02 is the first stage where you saw crypton and gakupo's people.

well. i think the store is there because the people here don't know exactly where to find them, or the toy stores here are for kids and sell mainly lots of teddy bears XD
and many of us can't buy off the internet for credit and international conflict... so these wise guys came up with a centered anime only store
