To imagine there once was a time that Creepypastas, stories that are supposed to be scary ended up as edgy pretending to be realistic anime wish fulfillment stories by emo kids and their obviously anime inspired characters. I think Ticci Toby is the worst of the bunch based on design and name. In fact I mostly tend to refer to these kind of Creepypastas as Edgypastas due to the obvious reason that the stories always read more like the backstory of some emo teens self-inserted character who during the story starts good but then turns evil because powers of evil or a bunch of bullies push him/her to it. Ticci Toby is just like all the rest of the "edgy boi" creepypastas a rip-off of Jeff the Killer, another abomination who's original story has been twisted and turned around and is only liked because people keep drawing Jeff as this handsome teenage boy with a joker inspired face. Despite the fact he gets his face burned off and wouldnt look like as he does in the anime style art in the slightest. Also the original story of Jeff is also pretty awful and unrealistic. Oh and to top it all of Jeff is a Joker ripoff.
