Thanks, really glad you liked it. I use a Canon 500d and 10-22mm EFS lens to take the shot. They don't allow tripods up in the observation deck so held the camera against the window with one hand while holding my other arm over the lens to prevent reflections. It required a 4s exposure with the setting I was using so took a bit of practice to get a shot that wasn't too blurred : )

I was only in Japan for a couple of weeks myself, almost a year ago. I'm hoping to go back too in a couple of years again, and to spend more time in Tokyo---mostly, I was in Kyoto.

That's a gorgeous cityscape. Definitely a fantastic view. I think it'll look really nice in B&W too... especially after you dodge the streets/traffic a little bit.
