My entry for Best Player Character:Mrs. Moonbunny... which was my character that I created, but due to other things (LIKE WARCRAFT), my husband started playing her instead.
..and then he got popular.
..and everyone thought he was ...me.

Is it World of Warcraft X Sailor Moon on the dragoball Nimbus cloud with some cartoon network fairies?

It's a Fusion Fall player from Cartoon Network's MMO. I designed her in game to look like Sailor Moon, because I named her Mrs. Moonbunny. It was a joke really.
As for the cloud mounts they have in game, I would assume they did make those based off DBZ. *shrug* And the "fairies" are called Nanos. You should look it up.
