I don't know if you intended a military theme in this, but as a concept, I think that's amazing, how soldiers in a way lose their identity and individuality on the battlefield.. They are effectively a tool. A weapon.

very much the idea of anonymity .... makes me think of experiments, such as milgramm or zimbardo, where the responsibility has been removed from people, and how they started abusing power. uniform and all it stands for legitimizes things for which otherwise one would be imprisoned. we are beasts if the responsibility is removed and anonymity guaranteed...human kind is capable of atrocity beyond comprehension
