I think its funny that people now a days are like: FOOD IS BAD! AMERICA IS FAT. Okay.... those things are not true (EXPESSIALLY THE FIRST ONE!) My school has like 5 fat people out of 2000 kids. I weigh 98 pounds and one of my friends was starting to get self consious about how much he weighed... he is tall so HIS WEIGHT WENT UP. (134 lbs)

I dont care about the jokes and this is one just for me cuz i thought it was funny. >;3

I dont want to insult anyone... but be proud of your weight!

Bubble 2 (right): Use fat free chicken broth to base the turkey and gravy. Use sugar substitutes
like splenda.Use plain yougurt for creamy dishes like casseroles. Avoid oil and butter.....
