Very clever concept for the creature! I like imaging it being rather sulky in the forest and snooty preening their fur.

From the mouth of - "They call it the loppliel. The only cute part of it is its ears - the rest is all predatory nightmare. Smooth scales nearly invisible in the jungle dark, it deftly swings its way through the trees, using its incredible sense of hearing to seek its prey. A master of ventriloquism, it uses its specialized snout to emit hissing calls in distant directions, disorienting its victims so that they run straight into the waiting monster. It then, while hanging, uses its remaining arms and tail to crush its victims so that it can swallow them whole. The loppliel is a fastidious creature though and has been known to ignore prey that is either too stinky or prey that will potentially mess up its fur."

I'm probably going to choose one more.
