Well the Humanoid form of the Dragon Lord.He ruled over the mountains but exiled and left the mountain dweller without a leader. Bandit and criminals alike has taken over, terrorizing its citizens.
Tiamat was exiled from the realm for the murder of the previous Tiger Chief of the Desert Realm.

I should color him soon along with the other three rulers.
