Entry for ~LevitatingBuddha 's Contest.His Character the Sugar Princess.... I hope its ok that I took some elements out of her face. It kinda got crowded so I just put on a few..
I tried doing a speedpaint...LOL more like speedpain XDDD took me about 2 hrs.
Done in Sai...and extra stuff in CS4

Two hours . . . this would take me two weeks (or months . . . or years >_>). 
Maybe it's the title, but I keep thinking of the little balls or whatever she's sitting on as like clouds of cotton candy or those sugar balls they put on cakes.
