Sorry for my ignorance, but I can't seem to get this to work properly. No change in layouts. What can I be doing incorrectly?

In the ini file, make sure you changes the [Variables] to the name of your layouts:
[Variables]
Layout="Betto"
Layout1="Noso"
Layout2="Mandalorian"
Layout3="Bogdana
