no i dont use flash or other program than just paint tool sai. i drew frame by frame without any inbetweens. and in this animation it is 24 frames

The best way to improve is to finish something even if halfway through you go NAH THIS IS CRAP IT'LL NEVER LOOK GOOD AND IT'LL NEVER TURN OUT LIKE I WANTED. But you made something nifty in the end and that's all that matters.
