you've got a lots of really great resources- i absolutely love floral patterns- especially these ones- but i've seen them on the inspiration gallery website- forgive me if that is actually your website! I'm just looking out, right?

But if not, of course it is always possible that it's the other way around, and these were actually your patterns originally- and so in that case they would owe you some due credit . . . unless, and it could also be the case that, they in fact have your permission . . . etc etc . . . . .

really, I have no idea (esp considering i'm posting this comment about 3 yrs after the fact), so it's not fair, and I always cringe, when people just attack someone, ranting & raving & causing a ruckus with claims that their work is stolen or ripped or whatever haha, when they really have no clue what's what. I'm just curious is all- i'm sure people have asked before though considering inspiration gallery is quite known. Take care

Most of my patterns, including Pattern Pack - Flowers are made based on scanned decoration papers that I have either personally bought from bookstores or they are the wrappings of gifts I have received, then cleaned and enchanced in Photoshop or Illustrator. Surely, quite a few stock artists or artists in general use they same method for creating their works and based on that, I suppose some sites may have similar works or even the same.

As for the "Inspiration Gallery website", thank you for letting me know about the existence of this site. It's lovely to tell you the truth, yet it's the first time I've visited it. I will surely create a pack inspired by their victorian borders in the future (if I ever have the time and motive to go on...)

Just to tell you though...I am receiving lots of notes and emails in my DeviantArt account or my accounts in other art related sites, asking me to give permission in using or promoting my stocks in sites, magazines and personal projects, so, I honestly don't always remember who ask me for what. After actually seeing lot's or stealing and printing my stocks or even selling them for profit without even a notice, I just realised that I can not stop it, unless I stop my work. So, Instead of getting discouraged I decided to keep my very personal works for myself and clients and only publish stocks that even if someone steals it and claims it as theirs, or sell it as a pack or or or...I wouldn't really mind THAAAAAAAT much.

I know I sound weird but I only uploaded my stocks so as to help other artists to have fun when creating their own works. I am not the kind of person to hunt down and demand for an apology if someone used something of mine and forgot to tell me.

Thank you for informing me about my pack though and what you have found. I am always happy when fellow artists, as yourself, look after me and my work. I am thankful.

With regards,
Marielle

Photoshop CS3 and higher, by using the Fill tool from your toolbox. If you have any problems, i may search for some tutorials for you or you may search for yourself.

You just need to unrar the file and there will be a .pat file inside to use it. If you click in my TERMS OF USE in my front page you will be directed to a journal where you may find two programs that will help you unzip the the rar file (you will find them in the section for the most common questions).
You just have to download either 7zip or Winrar and after installing it, you must right click on the rar file and choose the command: extract here.

(the proccedure is way too easy than i describe it here XD)
