Background:
Currently living as a Northern civilian, Melnik was a refugee from a deserted nest post-war. He was previously called Ordos in this land but he rarely speaks of his life under that name. All that anyone knows about him is that he was a traitor to his nest and that they brutally removed his wings. He hides the terrible scars as best he can by wearing a thick woolen poncho and scarf over most of his body, not to just prevent the cold North air. It can easily be removed and is simply strapped to him, with easy slit holes for his second pair of arms to retreat to his body or be used to walk. He is much older than most Caeli and has grown his hair out and tied it into a bun, this is because he doesn't tend to groom himself and could almost be seen as dirty. He is not very close to any one Caeli but does neutrally provide his experienced personal services to the Northern Queen by doing any odd jobs she may need.

His true history:
He betrayed his dying nest which had compulsory consignment for a conflict that he refused to partake in. They tortured and killed most others that refused but he got away due to to a kindly northern farmer (Timber) that smuggled him out of his old nest once he escaped far enough. The reason he refused to consign to their war was because his loved one was in the other group they were fighting. She died in a battle that she was forced into, and he has never been the same since.

Quirks:
Hates the cold and the hot but can't seem to ever find the middle ground.
Spooks easily from loud noises or large fires.
Experiences phantom limb pain on a regular basis.
