The speedster rival theme seems to be pretty popular...but I see why. They're the only ones who can keep up with the hero long enough to pose an actual threat to them.
Love that costume. I wouldn't want to mess with this guy even if I didn't know about his powers.
So, he's called Zephyr, which is related to the Greek West Wind. Is this merely symbolic of his speed or does it have some special significance to him?
