i am poor and can't buy - who can or would ? - a real 35 mm motion camera so i'm gonna make one- at least that's the plan despite the fact i suck ass at everything - i drew this to at least figure out how it'll look inside.Related content

Actually, in 7th grade, I was in a photography class. We had to make our own cameras. But the thing was, we had to be all McGuyver about it. I made mine from a catfood can, a piece of aluminum foil, a plastic lid, and some masking tape.
It was a pretty primitive camera, but it did it's job.
Only deal was that you had to sit it there for about 30 seconds while it took the pic, and you had to develop the film in a dark room, yourself... but it worked out well enough ^_^
That's a nice diagramme. You have a pretty good concept on how to build a camera.

i made a imitation box brownie camera too when i took photography but hopefully this would shoot something in faster and though it's not technical motion just a trick of the brain putting each consecutive image together, it's percieved as motion and this is the type of camera they made like 100 years ago so i figure i should be able to do it too.
