I think its really good for a third attempt, but you would hope by then it would improve.
The proportions are pretty good, I think the head is too rounded, maybe making it longer, or adding more hair around the face would be good.
But then again, I keep looking at it, and I think it may look okay with just more hair around the face. I think the arm is in a really uncomfertable postion but seeing that see's robot/cyborg...its possible, it just looks like one arm is about to fall off, which with her condition I guess goes hand in hand.

ON TO COLOUR:
I think the shine on the right shoe is too light, maybe its should have been a little darker, maybe like grey ?
I think its looks a little rushed with the fact you can see the different shades of purple clearly and the white. They would look better faded together, the purples I mean.

I'm not sure if that camel toe or her buttcheeks, poking out.

I also think that were her skin is missing, maybe there should be burned marks if her skin kinda burned away ...that impression I get because the pants/shorts are bruned away too, or maybe just making it darker.

To be your third attempt look great.
I see a lot of DBZ remains on it. I say because the same happens to me, but your its a lot less..... WHICH IS GOOD!!!
