Yet another line art I've colored! I'm starting to worry I'm doing to many >.> This time the awesome lineart was drawn by However, I was impatient and colored the sketch. I should have wait for the actual lineart.
(my punishment for being impatient XD) Here's the lineart [link] and here's the sketch [link] Me and ~RedShinigami99 were talking about maple leaves, so I decided to draw them.
An autumn scene, it looks so cool! lol I love red leaves, I really do. 
But I tried to give these more of an orange color. Actually, I was tring to work with just orange and blue, but all the orange took a red look when I scanned it O.o Darn it! 
And once again, my clouds lack shading
I really like it though, and I look forward to hanging it on my bedroom wall.

I don't have any maple leaves either. I wish I had a maple tree. *sigh* It's just brown and yellow leaves for fall.

But I think that when a person realize that there are other people that are way better than him/her, he/she may work harder to improve and be as good as the others are.

lol I still have a lot to learn. I keep meaning to look up tutorals here on DA for tips. I also need to look up some on shading for when someone asks for shading tips.

Have you heard of and/or considered saving up and ordering pencils through Blick Studios? You can get a set of 72 Prismacolor pencils, list price at 101.50 for 48.98. Of course, you could get a smaller set for cheaper if you want.

My grandma finds little things to give us instead of buying us one big thing every year. I kind of like it better that way. She's bought me sketchbooks and the like before.

ya, lady bugs hibernate in the leaves during the fall and winter. When you play in the leaves there's bound to be some ladybugs on you. xD

The maple leaves are pretty too XD I love the transitioning between the colors that you did
The sky looks nice too (even though the clouds have no shadind XD I wouldn'tve really notice it that mcuh or paid much attention to it if you hadn't brought it up 0-o )
