Simply amasing. I must say you are truely an inspiration to me! Your work is increadable! Good luck in the future, I hope you have/find a job which uses your talent to the fullest, it would be terrible to see such talent go so unrewarded!

Holy Shit.
So you say this is like, the first time you've ever done water? That's pretty damn good for a first time if I might say. I absolutely love the shading and highlighting of this entire piece. Your coloring ability is simply amazing, and I wouldn't have expected anything less from you. Your best work to date in my opinion. I really like the way the highlighting on the cape is smooth; gives it a certian texture .. makes me feel like if I touch it, I'd feel something like velvet. the detail in the armor is fantastic too; so many lovely shades of red and crimson; so many gorgeous highlights to bring out the bright scarlets and the dark maroons... the texture here is so damn well done. I like the texture of the chain armor too; looks really shiny and smooth, almost as if it were fine scale armor. You did a really good job defining your light sources as well. The cool blue of the hammer's glow is a really nice contrast to the warm, golden rays of the setting sun, and adds an interesting little bit of color to this lovely piece. The crackling lightening emitting from the hammer is a really nice touch; an interesting rendition of what the hammer actually looks like in-game.
I really like the trees and the mountains in the background. The snow dusting the ground is prety too, and I like how there are a few blades of grass sticking out here and there. It's a great little realistic touch to the picture, seeing as how snow starts to look dirty after it's sat on the ground for a few days; and since it's always snowing in Midgard, I have no doubt that this is how it might actually look in reality.
So, who is the shadowy figure in the bottom right? I'm not sure whether it's supposed to be anyone of significance ... but perhaps it's Gjinn, the Spiritmaster? Oh oh! Maybe it's Xeques! *giggles* Perhaps not her, but either way I like how she (or he) is shrouded in black with those few blue highlights.
Gorgeous piece. Every time I see something from you I get inspired to continue to further my own abilities. Thank you for the inspiration. *hugs*
