Was refining Samael's design a little bit. For starters, his name is no longer Samael. He's called a different thing in every language, and that thing is essentially "Whisper," because his name can't actually be said or heard.
This centaur business up here is his "apocalypse form," so to speak. Whenever people are dying en masse in large-scale things like world wars and transcontinental conquests, that's the form he appears in; galloping through the crowds of dead and harvesting their souls with his scythe.
