Perhaps an explanation is in order.

Xechasi (Sek-ah-see) are a race of dragonoids whose DNA is entirely unique, in the sense that it contains one constant DNA strand, and two open DNA strands. Meaning that no matter how strange the genetic makeup, they can breed with any species in the K-Verse. This, as one can imagine, results in some pretty weird looking babies. Anyway, the one core DNA strand is always carried across, no matter who the outside benefactor is. This means that there can physically be no such thing as a half-breed Xechasi. That's like asking for a half-breed bitser.

The first two Xechasi looked just like elves with gigantinormous ears, but as billions of years went by, Xechasi grew so diverse in their appearance that now, if you can imagine anything you want, chances are that there's a Xechasi that already looks like it, because they literally come in all different shapes and sizes.

All Xechasi have a second "primal" metamorph, and there are genetic traits that all Xechasi can be identified by.
The head(s), shoulders, and torso(s) are humanoid, no matter the outside benefactor.
All Xechasi have at least two very, very, very long elven ears. The current record for ear length is eight metres, held by a Xechasi who stands at nineteen ft tall.
The Xechasi's primal form always has fans on the side of their head. These are actually ears.
Every Xechasi is born with an elemental power, depending on their lineage and habitat. For example, an aquatic Xechasi descended from fish or marine mammals would have control of the water element.

Because the Xechasi have such compatible DNA, they are one of the most widespread and numerous species, and are also the least likely to die out.

Shown: Q'tzyr (pronounced "Ket-serr") - A desert Xechasi, descended from various lizards; Fire elemental control. Has ten arms, and no legs. Smaller arms on abdomen enable rock-climbing and digging with absolute efficiency. Support arms on upper tail add balance when standing or suspending from a precipice.
