I've been trying to stop shying away from backgrounds and environments, which I'm notoriously bad at including in my paintings. Not particularly sure what it is but they always tend to lack the "wow" factor I'm looking for so I leave them out all together. Thank you! The water was so much fun to do. Usually I overwork something, it was nice to be very loose with the brush and enjoy the effect!
