Samantha Smith was born to Christopher and Alison Smith late at night on June 9th, 1991. They named her after Alison's grandmother, Samantha Bennett. Her mother was a stay at home mom and her father was a teacher. She had a decent childhood. She learned to walk at 11 months, and started to sing at 3 years old.
4-9
Sam started school when she was 4, when she went to preschool. At the preschool's Christmas concert (because preschools totally do that), she sang the first verse of Silent Night alone. This earned her parents pride in their small daughter. They encouraged her to keep singing, since she did so well the first time. When she advanced to kindergarten, she did very well. Moving up through grade school, she became more and more talented, but had developing feelings of hatred towards one kid who happened to be in most of her classes: Avery. Avery was that kid. The one all the adults (and most of the kids) thought was a perfect little angel, but shows his real personality to very few. The few people he did show his real personality to were Sam, Sam and Sam. He ticked her off so much, that one day during recess she punched him in the nose. Avery then tattled to the recess monitor, who sent a fuming Sam to the principal's office. Sam received three days worth of out-of-school suspension (OSS). When she returned, Avery was even worse than before.
10-14
Sam's hatred for Avery grew daily. She tried to keep her mind off that brat by singing her heart out, but the hate kept resurfacing. When she advanced to 5th grade, she finally wasn't placed in a class with him. That year was the best school year she had since preschool. Then 6th grade happened. Guess who was in her class again? Avery. And her crush was in her class in 6th grade. But, life couldn't be that easy, could it? Her best friends, Jessica and Isabel, hated her crush, Owen. Sam told Jessica and Isabel about her crush on Owen, they laughed and said, "You're kidding, right?" Sam's eyes started to burn. She ran away from her friends, crying. She took a bathroom pass and sprinted to the bathroom. After a few minutes she was able to compose herself, and decided she wouldn't show her feelings to anyone. She developed a shell, so to speak. A shell to protect her emotions. She emerged from the bathroom stronger than ever. The rest of the year was pretty uneventful. Fast forward to 13. Her twin siblings were born: a little boy, Quinn, and a little girl, Riley. Fast forward to 14. That was where life peaked. The day finally came. Word got around and Owen found out about Sam's crush on him. So one day after school he asked her out. Sam's heart almost flew out of her chest. Obviously, she said yes. But the relationship didn't last. Owen broke up with Sam about a month into their relationship.
15-18
After the breakup, Sam became bored with life. To try and spice things up a little, she joined sports. She joined cross country, softball, basketball, and swimming. Exercise helped her drown her sorrows (get it?) and she became much stronger (physically). This would come into play later on. A few months later, during November, she was asked out by a guy named Jack. Jack was her ideal boyfriend, slightly taller than her, sense of humor, dirty blonde hair. He was Sam's first kiss. But it was all just a charade. Later on, when Sam was 16, she found out that Jack was cheating on her. She felt absolutely crushed. Filled with jealously and hate for the other chick, she plotted to kill Jack in a way that would cover the fact that she was the murderer. Poison. She laced his drink one night while they were on a date. A few days later, he fell ill. His parents called her over, and she was able to witness his death a few hours later. She was finally satisfied with herself. But guess who kept ruining her life? Avery. Two years later, when she graduated school, she was finally able to get back at her childhood bully. In August, she started to plot another murder. Avery didn't deserve to live after what he did to her. So late August 14, 2009, she chased him down (cross country paid off) and wrestled him into an alley. Sam put down her bag of stuff she collected for escaping town, and she grabbed the nearest heavy object, then smacked Avery over the head with it. He died a few moments later. She immediately picked up her bag and went to go bury him in the nearest cemetery, when the police spotted her. They called for backup. Sam gently laid Avery down on the sidewalk and started to sprint home. The rest of the police came and shot her three times in the head, while one policeman stopped her. She tried to get around him, but he stabbed her in the stomach. Sam still made it home, but collapsed on the gravel driveway. She wrote her last words in the gravel: I'm gonna miss you. Love you, Sam. She died from blood loss a few minutes later.
Hell
She woke up plummeting to the ground, her clothes ripped, covered in fur. She still had the bag.

Still carrying around the bag, she arrived at the Hazbin Hotel. A few months later, Riley dropped down to the Hotel, and a month after that Dreamcatcher was redeemed the first time. Stay tuned folks...

She was redeemed twice, the second time dragging Angel Dust along with her. There they accidentally made a baby.
